1. Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. In connection with hosting and technical delivery of the website, technical connection data may be processed by the hosting provider.

2. Contact form and preliminary tax refund check

When you use the contact form, we process the information you submit, including your first name, last name, email address and any optional information about your tax situation, in order to respond to your enquiry and, where requested, conduct a preliminary German tax refund review. The legal basis is generally Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps at your request prior to entering into a contract) and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

3. Uploaded Lohnsteuerbescheinigungen

Uploading Lohnsteuerbescheinigungen is optional. If you upload documents, they are stored in a non-public area and used only for the requested preliminary review. Because tax documents can contain particularly sensitive information, including information that may relate to religious affiliation through church-tax data, the form requests your explicit consent to this processing. Uploaded files are scheduled for deletion after 7 days. Secure advisor download links expire after 72 hours.

4. Email communication

After submission, we may send you an automatic acknowledgement and later respond to the email address you provided. Please be aware that ordinary email is not a fully confidential communication channel. Uploaded tax documents are therefore not attached to the notification emails generated by this website.

5. Analytics, tracking and external marketing services

This website uses Google Ads conversion measurement only if you give the optional marketing consent in the contact form. If you consent and successfully submit the form, the confirmation page loads the Google tag and reports a conversion to Google Ads. The purpose is to measure whether advertising leads to enquiries. The legal basis for this processing is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can submit the form without giving this consent. No Google Ads conversion tag is loaded on the confirmation page if you do not consent.

Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may also be processed by Google group companies outside the EEA. For information about Google’s processing and available safeguards, please consult Google’s privacy information. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or reCAPTCHA on this website.

6. Retention

Uploaded documents are scheduled for deletion after 7 days. Contact and enquiry data may be retained for as long as necessary to respond to your request and to comply with applicable legal retention obligations. If no engagement follows, data that is no longer required will be deleted in accordance with the applicable retention concept.

7. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
